Over priced cable and not available in all areas. Do to the fact the cable companies have a control agreement with the other companies over who owns control which zip codes which is totally unfair to the customer.

only the best tv prices are a little over priced but optherwise comcast/xfinity is the best ive used them in 5 different counties in florida and here ibn rutherford county in tn since the early 2000's my rating is based on the price but the servce is amazing

OK,So After a year of trying, I finally landed my work from home position, I already have a modem for my Television, however , I am also going to need a modem to plug my new equipment into . So I called Xfinity at 10;00 am and explained my situation, THe result= my new modem will be arriving TOMORRPW between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. Way to go guys!!!!

I know how people like to complain about the cost of their cable and internet service, but I didn't watch TV at all so I dropped it and picked up their internet package called "internet Essentials". The cost is only ten dollars a month for twenty five mega bytes. I have had it for a while and think it's great.

Definitely prefer over listening to just the radio alone. There are more options to choose from with Xfinity. Why just keep it on FM tunes, when there are many more songs available to listen to.

I have used Xfinity for 4 years now and I think they are a great company to do business with. We use both their internet and TV service and are really please with both of them. It is rare that either one will go down even in heavy weather and when one does go down it is just a few short time tell it is right back up. When something isn't work... It is rare that either one will go down even in heavy weather and when one does go down it is just a few short time tell it is right back up. When something isn't work they are in a hurry to get it fixed and you or your neighborhood back on line. The TV service is great, channels have a good section from sports, movies, DIY programing to everything in between, The internet has been outstanding. Only rare outages and where there is an outage it is fixed in less of a hour most of the time. We are a family of big movie watchers at our home. On the weekends it is nothing usual for 6 phones watching movies, my wife's TV going and Me on the computer watching a movie or a DYI video and not one have we ever has to wait for buffering, Speed of Xfinity is un beatable. I have had Xfinity internet for a year, I love it!! I have never had a problem, It was so unbelievably easy to set up, no Technician needed. They sent a Flex box free for streaming. The app is so simple and easy to navigate. I can check the speed, approve and pause devices from it as well as set timers on devices for it. When my child went to Virtu... Cable is out again and internet running slow. Every week its a problem. My bill has doubled in 2 years and its just not worth it. I have no premium channels and paying almost $300 a month. Time to say goodbye to xfinity.

Im not so fond of Xfinity due to the sucky wifi and the outages, but yet we have to pay over $100 bucks a month to get that extra wifi gig that we actually don't get. its a rip off to us customers even though they are all we have to offer here in cali. But really they need to go fiber already.
