ReviewMaster's Support Center covers everything from how to get started and write reviews to leveling up and becoming an Top Reviewer.

How do I write a review?

Whether you had a positive, neutral or a negative experience with a business, a service or a product, sharing it on ReviewMaster is easy. No special skills required. Simply log in to your account and get started.

Here's how to write a review:
  1. Sign in to ReviewMaster.
  2. Enter the business's name or website in the search bar Search websites, apps or brands'.
  3. You will be directed to the business's profile page.
  4. Rate and review the business.
  5. Post review.

** If the business you are looking for is not yet listed on ReviewMaster, you have an option to add it to the following page.

We will notify you once your site is added to ReviewMaster for you to review it.

What happens after I post my review?

When you post your first review, ReviewMaster sends you an email notification that your review has been successfully submitted and is currently pending approval.

Once your review is successfully approved or sadly rejected, you will receive an email notification and your review will automatically appear on your profile page and timeline for everyone to see.

Do I need a user profile on ReviewMaster?

ReviewMaster reviews are open to everyone. If you just want to read reviews, you don't have to sign in and create a profile. We require you to sign in and create a profile only when you want to write and share reviews with others.

When you sign in as a reviewer, your account is verified via Facebook. Your profile name and details are as they appear on your Facebook profile page.

You have an option to show only your first name + last name initial on your profile name.

For example, John Smith will appear as John S.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture icon (located on the top right side of the screen).
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Click on Edit your profile.
  5. Choose the Hide my last name option (located under Full Name).
  6. Save.

Can I write an anonymous review?

There is no option to post a review anonymously on ReviewMaster. With the purpose of creating a transparent and engaged community, we want to make sure that there's a real person behind each review.

To create a transparent and trustworthy community, we're asking each member to sign up to ReviewMaster using a Facebook verification.

How many times can I review the same business or website?

There is currently no option to review the same business or website more than once.

What are ReviewMaster's Content Guidelines?

ReviewMaster's Content Policy & Guidelines clarify the type of content reviewers should avoid using. To encourage quality reviews on ReviewMaster, all reviewers must adhere to these guidelines.

Our Content Policy & Guidelines rule out any use of profanity and inappropriate language, pornography or otherwise offensive content, unlawful or personal information of others, public domain and email addresses, advertising and promotions, etc.

How can I check who I'm following?

Keeping up with reviewers you are following is very easy.

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to your Side Menu (located on the left-hand side of your profile page).
  • Click on I'm Following.
  • Every reviewer you are following will appear on the page.
  • Select and click on a reviewer's tab to view their profile and reviews.
How can I check who is following me?

To see the list of your current followers:

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Go to your profile side menu (located on the left-hand side of the screen).
  • Click on My Followers.
  • This page shows exactly which reviewers are currently following you.
  • Select and click on a reviewer's tab to see their profile and reviews.
How can I delete or edit my review?

There is currently no option to delete or edit your review. We highly advise making sure your review contains all accurate details and includes all the relevant information before you post it.

Can I review a website or a business that is not listed on ReviewMaster?

If a website you want to review is not yet listed on ReviewMaster, feel free to add it.

Click on Add Website.

Enter the website's domain and send your request.

Once your request has been received, ReviewMaster will send you an email notifying you that your request was approved.

How can I report a review?

If you come across a review or compliment that contains inappropriate language, gibberish, unlawful information, curse words or any other type of content that violates ReviewMaster's guidelines, please let us know about. Click on the Flag button located next to each review.

Once you Flag a review or a compliment, select your reason.

Our compliance team will automatically inspect the review and reason for flagging it. This will surely help ReviewMaster sustain a trustworthy and reliable community.

Can I share reviews on social media?

Not only can you share reviews on your social accounts, we encourage you to do so.

If you read a review you like and think can help others, go ahead and share it with your Facebook/Twitter/WhatsApp friends. You can even share it with your email contacts.

You can find the Share buttons under each review.

** Please note that ReviewMaster will never post to Facebook or any other social channel on your behalf.

Trophies & Reviewer Votes

What are Reviewer Trophies?

Reviewer Trophies are intangible gestures for your contributions on ReviewMaster. Each trophy can be earned based on your achievements. For example, you can earn the Frequent Reviewer Trophy for posting X number of reviews in a certain time frame. The more you contribute the longer your list of earned trophies:

  • The Helpful Review Trophy is earned once you receive a minimum of 50 Helpful reviewer votes.
  • The Reader's Choice Trophy is earned once you have 100 readers in a single review.

How many times can I use the 'Thank' vote?

You can only use the 'Thank' vote one time per review. However, you may 'Thank' a reviewer for different reviews they have contributed on ReviewMaster. For example, if a reviewer has reviewed Netflix, Starbucks and Google, you may separately 'Thank' them for each review.

Influence Points & Levels

What are Influence Points?

Influence Points are earned for each contribution you make on ReviewMaster, be it publishing reviews, complimenting others, using Reviewer Votes, etc.

Contributions & Influence Points:

  • Rating a website - 10 Influence Points.
  • Rate + review (under 250 characters) - 25 Influence Points.
  • Rate + review (over 250 characters) - 100 Influence Points.
  • Compliment - 10 Influence Points.
  • 'Thank' vote - 1 Influence Points

What are Influence Levels?

Reviewers can level up according to the number of Influence Points they have managed to collect. The highest level you can reach is Level 10 Influence Master.

Your Reviewer score appears on your profile page on the left-hand side of the screen. You can see your current point score, your current level and the Influence Points needed to level up.

My Account

What are my login details?

In order to create a trusted and genuine community of reviewers, we require all users to verify their account via Facebook. ReviewMaster automatically fills your profile details from your Facebook profile.

How to create a reviewer profile?

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the Reviewer Sign-in button located on the top right side of your screen.
  3. Click Continue with Facebook.
  4. Log in to your Facebook account and accept permissions.
  5. Welcome to ReviewMaster.
How can I edit my profile settings?
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture icon located on the top right of the screen.
  3. Go to Settings in the drop-down menu
  4. An Edit your profile window will pop-up.
  5. You can only edit the following details:

    - Full name - Hide my last name - you can change this option once in 24 hours.
    - Title / position.
    - Location.
    - About me.
  6. Save.
How can I change my email settings?

You decide which emails to receive from ReviewMaster.

To change your email setting:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click on your profile picture icon located on the top right side of the screen.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Click on Show Email Settings, located at the bottom of the Edit your profile window.
  5. Switch off the emails you no longer wish to receive.
  6. Save.
How can I change my email address?

As you are logging in to ReviewMaster via your Facebook account, you'll need to change your email address on Facebook first.

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Facebook account.
  2. Change your email address on Facebook following this link:
  3. Once you changed your email address on Facebook, contact us with both your old and new email addresses so we can also change your new address in our system.
  4. We will notify you via email once your new email address updates on ReviewMaster.

** Please note that if you try to log in to ReviewMaster without us changing your email settings on our system first, you will automatically create a new account on your next login, which will not include your previous activity.

I have a problem logging in. Why?

    Having trouble logging in to ReviewMaster? What seems to be the problem?

    • You might not have an email connected to your Facebook account. ReviewMaster requires every account to have an email address. Your Facebook account might not have an email associated with it. To add your email to your Facebook account, go to your Facebook Account Settings.
    • Under the the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), you must be at least 18 years old to sign in and use our services. For more information, please visit ReviewMaster's Privacy Policy.
