If I could I would give them an even lower rating than that because of how they treated and disrespected me and my family. They should be ashamed of themselves and learn how to treat the people they do business with. If you ask me you are better off with going with any other company out there.
This bank is okay but the high fees are bad on the average family trying to make it through the week. Great service at most their banks but high fees the issue.
Great customer assistance and always help with my school loans.
They are OK if you want to have 3 or 4 different accounts under your name that you don't even know where opened
They where helpful but a little on the busy side...of not attending to customers no eye contract at desks
Not to bad but have to drive 20 minutes to the bank and not very many free ATM's. Gonna have to quit them cuz it's not convenient for me.
So far have not had a problem with Wells Fargo. Have always been treated well and questions/problems quickly taken care of.
Service with Wells Fargo is scary, all the fees seem to add up and I feel nickeled and dimed for just having my money in their hands. I highly suggest finding another banking option for you. I can't trust that they can actually get back to their roots. Go somewhere else!!! RUN!
