Virgin media I find really has no time for loyal customers. Every time a new deal is sent out to the world for a great deal on broadband, Virgin put in the small claus " only for new customers". As a loyal customer I would expect the same deal to be automatically put to my account. How great they would be and more than likely no one would... In my humble opinion I would switch everytime your contract is up and stay away for 1 year then see what deal they have. Also why is it cheaper to have broadband with TV then it is to have just broadband? Virgin, STOP messing with customers! Read more

I’ve used virgin for nearly 17 years now and can’t fault it really, yes sometimes things go wonky BUT they always are keen to help and are very happy to provide updates if things go wrong. I’m so impressed with them that I am considering switching my mobile provider over to virgin as there service is so good. They have some of if not the fast... They have some of if not the fastest Internet speeds out there and a huge selection of channels to use. Plus they are keen to keep you as a customer and so always willing to find good deals for you so as to not lose you. I would give them 10/10 if I could!! Read more

Although they have good packages for internet , when you call them that you have a problem they don’t actually fix just delaying the inevitable, which is they need to send a technician or change the rotar. And not to mention the customer service they should improve that also.

Used fibre with Virgin for last 2,3 yrs cant use it anymore as moved to a place not covered by Virgin broadband

excellent WiFi and being a gamer this is needed the basic tv package is really just the same as freeview they do give you £130 credit to spend on their tv services so you could find yourself with a large bill if tempted to use it

Fast reliable network. I love it. Commected all my devices to it and it does not affect the speed. The wifi service is great . I get it in everyroom of the house , including the bathroom upstairs where i like to spend hours showering and streaming my favourite music. And it never buffers

Quick on installation but the.signal for a fiber is not that great,I make complain to the company they verified that was a problem on the broadband I was pay for 100 in speed for upload and the test verify 76 and less but they didn't make any discount and not even fix it...not very happy

I have found the services and products offered by Virgin Media to be well rounded. Their website is easy to navigate and allows you to see exactly what you are paying for, it also offers a suggestion of other products and packages you may be interested in.
