They send you direct mails about products you have never checked, offering "discounts" and sneaking in your account's cart to leading into making a purchase you've never intended to do. They send you direct mails about products you have never checked, offering "discounts" and sneaking in your account's cart to leading into making a purchase you've never intended to do. They have a terrible "address management system" that doesn't record "phone", "Country" or "Notes for the courier". They send the gift mail to the recipient of your gift *before* the supplier has accepted your order, while stating "X bought you a gift on Foodscovery"...which is either a fumble on their part or a voluntary attempt to tie you hand and feet to them even if the chosen supplier rejects the order. With this degree of low quality service and despicable practice, how could they have more than a "low" overall rating? The food is good, but Foodscovery isn't "making" the food: It is providing the (bugged) platform, selecting the suppliers (badly, since...how could a supplier not answer in 24 hours?), managing the order process (using despicable direct marketing tactics and trying to "force the hand" of the customer with their despicable "send before acceptace" gift card practices)... ...so this is what they should be evaluated on! On these fronts, they are *really bad*...and when the customer is upset they delete his negative comments on their Facebook page to avoid the (well-deserved) "bad image"! Read more
