Facebook allowed me to communicate with my family all over the globe which brings people strength....Our soldiers can stay in touch with thier loved ones which eases the lonilness for the families... I do resent it when they block you and never tell you what you did.....

I think Facebook is one of the best media sites, for information and entertainment. It’s also great for getting in touch and keeping staying up to date with family and friends.

Ahhh The website we used to love but now cant stand because of the censorship! Mark Zuckerberg has gotten too big for his britches! If you find a way to get engagement for business they will find a way to change the algorithm! The original intent of Facebook is mute now! Good luck with the engagement!

Overall, I am not impressed with Facebook. They tend to have many ads and/or commercials when watching videos. It has been hard not being able to see friend's posts that I use to see on a daily basis. When Facebook first started it was very well built. Now, it has come to trying to promote Ads rather than what it was originally designed for.

Facebook.com is the busiest intense screen experience on the internet today. When a company is trying to fit in everything one could want, it makes it hard to leave anything off the front screen. That being said, Facebook.com does the best with what it has, and what it has is viewers by the billion daily. when you are catering to the whole of the planet it makes it extremely difficult to simplify things. For instance, you would think people would want to see the most recent post made by others automatically, but oh no, it is not set up that way on the site. You have to dig and search for the "Most Recents" button and click to get the latest information from your friends. I have virtually all but quit using the site over the last few months because of this problem. If I get on there to check on my friends I have wade though a pond of stupid posts made by people from 2 days prior or there is an Ad that is in the way. It's the best that we have got when it comes to social networking, but it does not mean we have to like it! Read more

I have been with FACEBOOK since 2009, and during these past twelve years, I have been able to; showcase my art and photography; archive my various activities/posts for posterity; connect/interact with like-minded individuals, which have resulted in physical/virtual exhibitions; keep in touch with family and friends ... also mourn those who have passed away; post my desires and interests; create group pages that reflect "who we are" with common interests. FACEBOOK is a diary that I would have probably never written. This company has made it possible for me to do this on a very frequent basis due to its user friendly approach. And the added bonus is the fact that my diary can be read by others for exchange. I like FACEBOOK'S "humanity". Read more

Facebook....A great way to find long lost friends & family, and also to make new ones. With every subject under the sun to find a personal page about. But be careful how you post on things or you could find yourself in Facebook Jail !!! And dont forget to check out the Marketplace.

I joined Facebook in 2008 when it was still a mystery to most people. Facebook was very easy for me to navigate and before long it became my go to website. I was living in Germany at the time and by using Facebook, my family members in the States could keep up with my life by accessing the site. All my family members are now avid Facebook users. Some of the most important features are posting pictures, having a profile, and chatting. Getting to make Facebook groups or even joining a group that you're interested in is a huge plus. I can't say enough great things about Facebook! Try it, and like they say, it's FREE. Always has been...always will be. Read more

It got to the point where I had to post "No politics or religion please" because it was getting out of hand. At this point the message got through to most, no more negative vibes.

I have lived all over America and Mexico and have friends from all over the world, real friends, from living in so many places and they are my biggest support group. I also have a large family spread out all over America and into Canada and without the connections on Facebook to all of these people, I'd be lost. It is my photo album, my art gallery -- I am an artist, it is my journal. my storyboard, news, entertainment, a way to express myself and then not worry who sees anything or not because we all get lost in the shuffle equally and that's a blessing. I do my political bidding in other venues but am able to still be a part of them on Facebook. I can show all my friends what I do creatively as I not only paint, write, and more but I am also a graphic and digital artist and can self-promote myself freely and even make sales that way. What is there to not like about Facebook? Just as much as there is to love but it all depends on who you are and what you do, what you are made of, and what you make of life and how seriously you take yourself...and life. Facebook is simply part of life. Yes, many will never go on Facebook for whatever reasons they perceive as legitimate to themselves but, for example, I know many who keep physical photo albums, recipe cards, and diaries and journals...because they believe it's the only way to do them and more. But I am a digital guy and that saves time, space, paper, and much more..everything but actual personal interactions. I always want a hug and will never really get one on Facebook, no matter how many digital ones or textual ones I get. But I wouldn't trade it for the world, because Facebook...IS the world! It's home. It's family. It's the connection to almost everything important to me. I love cotton candy and cannot make it or eat it through their platform, so, there's that against Facebook. But I can post a video of cotton candy artists, my friends can share ones they find and share funny things about my obsession with cotton candy from the Netherlands to LA. So, I am on Facebook. You probably should be too. Read more
