Compared to some of the other game developers out there, Epic are on top, bi-weekly updates changing the way people play the game, micro-transactions that don't effect the way the game works are all things that Epic succeed in, their one downfall is their customer service, falsely banning accounts and straight up not replying to support ticket... 1 star because you cant give zero stars. Dreadful customer service. Blocked our account after purchasing an 80 dollar game with no evidence of any infraction. Totally ruined my childs birthday, thanks for that.

Hmmm...What do I think about their website? I think it's a joke. There is absolutely no technical support actually available to customers other than FAQs. Well what if you don't have a FAQ?!?! My son's account is automatically linked to my other son's account somehow. We have unlinked them but there is NO option to actually... Hmmm...What do I think about their website? My son's account is automatically linked to my other son's account somehow. We have unlinked them but there is NO option to actually link to the proper account. If you try to relink well guess what? It just relinks to the wrong account. When you attempt to get help for this well there's nowhere to obtain that assistance. Supposedly, there's an email address somewhere to write to? Haven't found it yet. I did find a phone number but they only care about press questions not questions of customers. Obviously, they cannot handle the overwhelming popularity of their game, but their first concern should be helping those who have paid for their games and their battle passes. Why pay for something you can't use? My son can't use his items on his different consoles so why offer this option. So unless you only have problems other people have don't expect help from this company. Read more
