I called Enercare Service dept to fix a faulty fireplace switch. Enercare customer service rep sold me a cleaning maintenance package and assured me that all issues would be fixed to make the fireplace work. The Tech arrived to vacuum the fireplace and clean the glass. He did not fix the switch. I told him that a faulty switch was the reason I call... The Tech arrived to vacuum the fireplace and clean the glass. He did not fix the switch. I told him that a faulty switch was the reason I called Enercare and that's why I agreed to a maintenance pkg. He told me the switch maintenance wasn't part of the package! I immediately contacted Enercare to complain and was told in October it would be removed from billing. Didn't happen and I disputed the charge. Since then I've had no satisfaction from Enercare and they continue to tell me that I agreed to the annual maintenance plan. This company eagerly tries to sell product and service to the point of misrepresentation and unethical remediation. I do not recommend services from this company unless details of service are clearly provided in writing. Further, customer complaints about misleading a product or service should be addressed in a more professional and ethical manner and not continue to inconvenience and upset customers. Read more

I had called in at 7:30am this morning to let Enercare know that my hot water heater was leaking....there was water all over my furnance room floor. I was told a technician would be here between 9:00am-1:00pm. Rauf H. arrived at around 10:00am (thank goodness!). He indicated it was not the water heater but the humidifier attached to my furnace that... He indicated it was not the water heater but the humidifier attached to my furnace that was leaking. Water was not only on the floor, but in the furnace as well. NOT good! I felt so bad that I had misdiagnosed what the problem was, but Rauf went over and above on fixing the problem. He was extremely polite and explained everything he had done, again going beyond what was required. He even replaced my "pad" in my humidifier!! Excellent customer service from Rauf and Enercare! I would absolutely recommend Rauf to come into your home and fix your furnace, A/C, water heater....he made me feel at ease once repaired. Thank you so much! Read more

After 20 years we decided to change our hot water tank for a new More efficient but a higher cost. from $19 before to $35 now. Technician Mojtaba K installed it and everything is working fine. That’s life

Enercare workers starting at the consultation (Bill) was professional and helpful. On the day of the installation they were on time. We did our HVAC 15 years ago and was pleasantly surprised to see one of the original worker showed up. Vince and Big G was jovial and were very efficient. Vince please ease up on Big G a bit. JC

Your technician, Zack.N, was extremely polite and friendly from the telephone call announcing his arrival time. He also advised what he was doing - such as turning up the heat, then turning it back down, going outside and coming back in etc. I also needed the fireplace cleaned, but had forgotten to book the order. Bad experience! (Called 12:42 pm and at 3:15 pm I was still trying to solve my problem with this company) Water Tank Rental I have sold my house and emailed the above company notifying my moving date. (Which the company automatic system acknowledged receiving it) - Since the above company billed us inappropriately, I called them as follow: 1st call... Bad experience! (Called 12:42 pm and at 3:15 pm I was still trying to solve my problem with this company) Water Tank Rental I have sold my house and emailed the above company notifying my moving date. (Which the company automatic system acknowledged receiving it) - Since the above company billed us inappropriately, I called them as follow: 1st call - Started at 12:42 pm – took 55 min 32 seconds for the agent-customer service attendant to take note of my 4-5 answered questions, since, at each question she made, I was placed on hold. At the end of my conversation, I was given a number in case of being disconnected, which happened by the end of my conversation with the agent. I called for the second time and was on hold again and when an agent answered and I explained the situation, she started asking all the same questions that I had answered on the first call which took 55 min and 32 seconds for the agent to take note and lose it. I didn’t have time to go through another 55 min again and asked to speak with a supervisor. On my 3rd call – which started at 1:38 pm – and lasts another 15 min and 15 seconds, I was still not giving assurance of my problem being solved. Read more

We placed a call for emergency furnace service .Peter Bhatti came to perform that service. He called us to advise what time he will arrive. Peter was a very professional and knowledgeable maintenance representative. He explained to us what is exactly wrong with the furnace and also give us suggestions as what to do next. We took his suggestions and he preceded to contact an Enercare sales representative and was able to get some one to come and give us a quote the same day. The service man that came from Enercare today to do my Maintenance call on my furnace this morning was Brad Cook. He was on time, very friendly and curtious. I found him to be very knowledgable and answered any questions I had. Everything was left clean and neat. He is a very pleasant man and a very good person to represent your company!

Enercare worker was professional and helpful with some hints on furnace filters. We were using an inferior type and suggested what type to look for. Also, we were renovating the house and he suggested we don't get our ducts clean until we're done.
