Bank of America is my current is my current bank provider. I think they have stellar security, plenty of cashback offers and timely account transfers for zero monthly fees. They will not nickle and dime you. The debit cards they offer are durable too. Mine has taken a beating and it still works. I haven't found any drawbacks yet.

they are efficient cool and nice rarely I get someone who I don't understand. I have, Epilepsy And. a learning disability ADHD.and Borderline Bipolar it's a mood disorder. but they have been helpful so far.

When I first moved to NC, with the 1st week they transferred all of my money to a person with the same exact name. It took them 2 weeks to find out where all my money went. Needles to say I left them.

The name says it all, Bank of America. Well, The United States of America, at least. I have banked with them since 1984 and although I have other banks I use too, I stay with BofA. Their services are wonderful, Merrill Lynch and Merrill Edge are connected, I have much going on there at BofA and love the online and mobile app capabilities. On the ph... On the phone, they are amazing, in person, superb. I have never once had the slightest problem with them and have always told everyone to sign up too! They are a very difficult bank to work with and if they make a mistake it is your fault. I prefer the small online banks vs the huge banks that charge you an arm and a leg for any overdrafts.

This Bank is the worst ever! I was with this bank during the financial collapse of 2008 and it took me 16 months and 16 pages of a compliant to the comptroller of the currency to Get it resolved. At one point they argued with me over a post mark and kept me on hold for over two hours! Don’t use this bank!

I know a lot of people hate BOA however when I needed a checking account I had to go to 5 different banks the only ones who would give me a account was MNBC now Bank Of America. They have always treated me very well and have never let me down so until they do I will stay the course and remain a loyal customer.

Bank of America could show better customer service to customers and also help their customers when offering products but tailoring them to what is needed for the customer. I would have to say that the quality of banking has declined over the years and should be evaluated as well as their marketing style.

never stops...one day says one thing, next day says different thing, then change it again another day for a transaction. their employees apparently are not trained at all to be on the same page or even to know that correct procedures or policies.
