The postoffice of Sweden works poorly. It has the responsibility by goverment to deliver peoples mail properly, but does this rather poorly and blames other factors and companies for their own faults. For example, companies and private persons parcels can be tracked to be in Sweden in Postnords handling for a month before it is delivered. You don... The postoffice of Sweden works poorly. It has the responsibility by goverment to deliver peoples mail properly, but does this rather poorly and blames other factors and companies for their own faults. For example, companies and private persons parcels can be tracked to be in Sweden in Postnords handling for a month before it is delivered. You don't get any explaination, just a gruffy reply that you should be used to this by now. Packages get delivered to wrong persons. If you pay an insurance to guarantee faster delivery, that is worth nothing. It gets delivered in case they have time or room a bit faster. Otherwise not, and no refund for the extra paid service even if they don't deliver. As a service Postnord would be bankrupt if it didn't have funds from Swedish goverment. Read more
